Jurisdiction and Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the Federal or State Courts located in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between IWW and each user of this Site regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings
