Shipping Policy
Shipping Provider: We use USPS as our shipping provider, providing you with a unique tracking number for your convenience.
Shipping Process: Orders are packaged and shipped in the order they are received. We offer Priority National and International Shipping as well as standard mail services. Depending on the item and intention, orders can take between 2-10 days to ship.
Responsibility for Shipment: Intentions with Whitney is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the package is with the shipping provider, any discrepancies should be addressed directly with USPS. Situations outside of Intentions with Whitney's control, such as government action, legislative changes, conflicts, natural disasters, and supplier issues, are considered force majeure.
Force Majeure: Intentions with Whitney, LLC is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements in cases of force majeure, which include but are not limited to government action, embargo, natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues, and other unforeseen circumstances affecting the market and product availability.
