Return and Refund Policy
At Intentions with Whitney, we carefully handcraft and infuse intention into each product and service we offer. Due to the personal nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any orders.
Order Errors In the case of an incorrect order, please contact us directly, and we will promptly address the issue.
Responsibility for Shipping Intentions with Whitney is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please refer to our shipping policy for details. Any shipping discrepancies should be addressed directly to the shipping provider (USPS). Events outside of Intentions with Whitney's control will be considered force majeure.

Service Booking Policy (Updated July 2020)
- Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will allow you to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit their original payment.
- No-Shows: No-shows automatically forfeit their payment and appointment.
- Late Arrivals: Whitney will attempt to contact you twice at your appointment time. If you are unreachable or more than 10 minutes late, you will forfeit your payment and appointment.
- Required Information: All required information must be provided during booking or emailed to us at least one hour before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a reschedule or forfeiture of payment and appointment.
Confidentiality: Recording or taping of any kind is not allowed. All services are private and confidential, with no external audiences or devices allowed. Violating this policy will result in legal action and forfeiture of your appointment and payment.
